At The Camera Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
