Yes, every new camera and lens we sell includes a full manufacturer's warranty. We also offer an optional extended protection plan for accidental damage and sensor cleaning services.
How do you ensure the safety of high-value electronics during shipping?
We use double-walled corrugated boxes and anti-static padding for all shipments. Every order over $500 requires a signature upon delivery and is fully insured at no extra cost to you.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
You can return most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that cameras must have a shutter count of less than 100 frames, and all original packaging and accessories must be included to receive a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping for professional gear?
Currently, we ship to over 50 countries. International customers are responsible for local customs duties and taxes, which are calculated at checkout for most major regions.
Can I trade in my old photography equipment?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated trade-in program where you can receive store credit or cash for your used bodies and lenses. Each piece of equipment undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our technicians.
